MATERIALS
1 package of President Cheddar (220 g)
8 slices of sliced sandwich bread (LARGE SIZE)
4 tablespoons butter with garlic and parsley
FOR SPREADING ON BREAD
2 egg yolks
1 teacupful of milk
FOR BUTTER
3 tablespoon of butter
1 dessert spoon of chopped parsley
1 dessert spoon of chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoonful of crushed garlic
1 teaspoonful of lemon juice
4 caper flowers
1 teaspoonful of anchovy paste
SERVE WITH SOUR CREAM
4 tablespoon of cream
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
1 dessertspoon of lemon juice
PREPARATION
Spread the butter on the bread slices. Slice the President Cheddar and put them on 4 slices of bread. Cover them with other sliced breads. Beat the eggs and milk in a bowl to spread on both sides of the breads. Brush outer surface of the bread with the mixture. In a flat pan, flip over and fry the both sides until golden brown.
To prepare Creme Fraiche, whip the cream with the whisk. Slowly add mayonnaise and lemon juice.
