MATERIALS
1 package of President Kaşar (250 g)
1 package of President Gouda (220 g)
1 package of President Cheddar (220 g)
150 g calf ham
6 medium sized potatoes
1 tablespoons of butter
3 eggs
2 tea cup cream
1 clove of garlic
1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Salt and freshly grounded pepper
PREPARATION
Boil the potatoes half-baked in plenty of water and grate them. Grease the bottom of the small cheese cake mold with butter and place the grated potatoes in the small cheese cake mold.
In another bowl mix eggs, cream, garlic, finely chopped parsley and trace amounts of amulet; chop the President Gouda Cheese, President Cheddar Cheese, President Cheddar Cheese and calf ham into small cubes and add them on top of it.
Carefully pour the mixture on the potato pie so that it does not spill out. Place in a pre-heated 175 degree oven for cooking. Bake them until golden.
